Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vielleeurope@gmail.com. Note that returns must be sent to the following address: Carrer Europa, 19. Sant Antoni de Vilamajor, Barcelona, Spain.  PO: 08459.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
